Preparation Method
- 01 BOil the Tomatos and remove skin. Grind the pulp in a grinder to get a thick puree.
- 02 Add Red Chili Powder, Clove, Ajwain, Salt and Pepper. Cook
- 03 on a low flame unTil the sauce thickens.
- 04 Allow it to cool. Then add the Cream.
- 05 Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray. Spread the Tomato
- 06 sauce over it.
- 07 Mix the vegetables with Salt and Pepper and spread it over
- 08 the sauce.
- 09 Sprinkle grated Cheese and bake unTil the Cheese melts on a
- 10 low flame.
- 11 Serve hot.
