Preparation Method
- 01 MethodMix Rava, maida flour, and Rice all all purpose flour in Water to make slightly Watery batter.
- 02 fry Cumin Seed, finely Chopped green chills, Ginger, Chopped Curry Leaves.
- 03 Add all fried Ingredients in the batter.
- 04 Keep this batter in room temperature for atleast 20 minutes before making dosas.
- 05 After 20 mins make dosai as usual making dosai.
- 06 {.] serve it hot with spicy Chutney
