Preparation Method

  1. 01 MethodMix Rava, maida flour, and Rice all all purpose flour in Water to make slightly Watery batter.
  2. 02 fry Cumin Seed, finely Chopped green chills, Ginger, Chopped Curry Leaves.
  3. 03 Add all fried Ingredients in the batter.
  4. 04 Keep this batter in room temperature for atleast 20 minutes before making dosas.
  5. 05 After 20 mins make dosai as usual making dosai.
  6. 06 {.] serve it hot with spicy Chutney
