A traditional spicy and sour drink prepared from yoghurt in Northen part of India.Generally the savory drink is popular however the sweet version is also famous.

A very beneficial drink to pamper in hot summer besides curing the problem if indigestion and other gut related ailments.A very rich combination of spicy , sour , salty taste blended with natural sweetness of buttermilk.So let’s start the recipe.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Mix Yogurt, ice cubes, Sugar in a vessel and blend to a fine paste.
  2. 02 In a tall glass, add 1 tsp ruafza, the above Yogurt mix, sprinkle Rose Essence and chill it.
  3. 03 Serve with Cream on it.
