The food was nice,We had Chilli crab and dry curry crab which was excellent.Price is expensive but the most important is that we enjoyed the food..

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Wash the Crab properly at least 3-4 times before opening.
  2. 02 Then break the Crab into two and keep only the part with the flesh in it.
  3. 03 Fry the masala ingredients Red Chili, Coriander Seedss seeds, Cumin Seed, Fenugreek Seed, Pepper Corn, and oama,
  4. 04 in a little Oil.
  5. 05 Then grind all the above mentioned ingredients along with Turmeric Powderr powder, Garlic, Tamarind, & Onion.
  6. 06 Remove the masala and add to the cleaned Crab.
  7. 07 Also grind to a paste Coconut, Cumin and Garlic Flakes.
  8. 08 Add Onion and Salt to the Crab and cook Till done.
  9. 09 Now add the rough Coconut paste and cook on slow fire Till it becomes almost dry.
  10. 10 Keep Coconut Oil in a vessel and add Onion and Garlic Flakes and fry.
  11. 11 Then pour curry over seasoning. Cover and remove from fire.
