Chilli Gobi is an appetizer or starter commonly found in restaurant menus. This is similar to cauliflower manchurian except its extremely spicy, more Indianised. Unlike manchurian this is not a chunky or wet, this is very dry with less saucy stuff.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Cut Cauliflower into pieces.
  2. 02 Chop the Onion and green Chilieses.
  3. 03 Mix all all purpose flour, Red Chili Powder and Salt.
  4. 04 Prepare batter of thick consistency.
  5. 05 Dip Cauliflower pieces in the batter.
  6. 06 Deep fry the Cauliflower pieces in Oil.
  7. 07 Heat the Oil.
  8. 08 Add Onion and green Chilieses Till it turns golden brown.
  9. 09 Add fried Cauliflower and saute for few minutes.
  10. 10 Adorn with fresh Coriander Seedss leaves.
