Chilli Gobi is an appetizer or starter commonly found in restaurant menus. This is similar to cauliflower manchurian except its extremely spicy, more Indianised. Unlike manchurian this is not a chunky or wet, this is very dry with less saucy stuff.

Preparation Method
- 01 Cut Cauliflower into pieces.
- 02 Chop the Onion and green Chilieses.
- 03 Mix all all purpose flour, Red Chili Powder and Salt.
- 04 Prepare batter of thick consistency.
- 05 Dip Cauliflower pieces in the batter.
- 06 Deep fry the Cauliflower pieces in Oil.
- 07 Heat the Oil.
- 08 Add Onion and green Chilieses Till it turns golden brown.
- 09 Add fried Cauliflower and saute for few minutes.
- 10 Adorn with fresh Coriander Seedss leaves.
