Preparation Method

  1. 01 Wash the Spinach and cut it evenly.
  2. 02 Now wash the Moong Dal and keep it in pressure cooker.
  3. 03 Add 1/2 Cumin Seed, Red Chilies, Garlic and Spinach to the Moong Dal.
  4. 04 Now pour 1/2 cup Water and add Salt.
  5. 05 Mix it well.
  6. 06 Cook all the ingredients.
  7. 07 Now smash the cooked mixture.
  8. 08 Heat the Oil.
  9. 09 Add Cumin Seed and Urad Dal.
  10. 10 Now add smashed Spinach mixture.
  11. 11 BOil Till the mixture turns thick.
  12. 12 Serve it with Rice.
