Preparation Method

  1. 1 Wash the Spinach and cut it evenly.
  2. 2 Now wash the Moong Dal and keep it in pressure cooker.
  3. 3 Add 1/2 Cumin Seed, Red Chilies, Garlic and Spinach to the Moong Dal.
  4. 4 Now pour 1/2 cup Water and add Salt.
  5. 5 Mix it well.
  6. 6 Cook all the ingredients.
  7. 7 Now smash the cooked mixture.
  8. 8 Heat the Oil.
  9. 9 Add Cumin Seed and Urad Dal.
  10. 10 Now add smashed Spinach mixture.
  11. 11 BOil Till the mixture turns thick.
  12. 12 Serve it with Rice.
