Preparation Method
- 01 Wash the Spinach and cut it evenly.
- 02 Now wash the Moong Dal and keep it in pressure cooker.
- 03 Add 1/2 Cumin Seed, Red Chilies, Garlic and Spinach to the Moong Dal.
- 04 Now pour 1/2 cup Water and add Salt.
- 05 Mix it well.
- 06 Cook all the ingredients.
- 07 Now smash the cooked mixture.
- 08 Heat the Oil.
- 09 Add Cumin Seed and Urad Dal.
- 10 Now add smashed Spinach mixture.
- 11 BOil Till the mixture turns thick.
- 12 Serve it with Rice.
