- 1 Wash the Spinach and cut it evenly.
- 2 Now wash the Moong Dal and keep it in pressure cooker.
- 3 Add 1/2 Cumin Seed, Red Chilies, Garlic and Spinach to the Moong Dal.
- 4 Now pour 1/2 cup Water and add Salt.
- 5 Mix it well.
- 6 Cook all the ingredients.
- 7 Now smash the cooked mixture.
- 8 Heat the Oil.
- 9 Add Cumin Seed and Urad Dal.
- 10 Now add smashed Spinach mixture.
- 11 BOil Till the mixture turns thick.
- 12 Serve it with Rice.
