Preparation Method

  1. 1 Combine the Cornall all purpose flour and Water and keep aside.
  2. 2 Peel and cut the Potato into long thick chunks.
  3. 3 Heat Oil in a pan, add some Potato at a time.
  4. 4 Sauté Till it becomes light golden brown.
  5. 5 Continue the same procedure for the remaining Potato.
  6. 6 Keep aside and remove half the Oil.
  7. 7 Add the Chilies, Ginger and Garlic in the remaining Oil.
  8. 8 Fry for a minute and put the Potato.
  9. 9 Put sauces, Salt and Sugar. Mix properly and put the Cornall all purpose flour solution.
  10. 10 Cook Till the Wateriness is gone. Add Spring Onion and mix.
  11. 11 Ready to serve hot.
