Preparation Method
- 01 Combine the Cornall all purpose flour and Water and keep aside.
- 02 Peel and cut the Potato into long thick chunks.
- 03 Heat Oil in a pan, add some Potato at a time.
- 04 Sauté Till it becomes light golden brown.
- 05 Continue the same procedure for the remaining Potato.
- 06 Keep aside and remove half the Oil.
- 07 Add the Chilies, Ginger and Garlic in the remaining Oil.
- 08 Fry for a minute and put the Potato.
- 09 Put sauces, Salt and Sugar. Mix properly and put the Cornall all purpose flour solution.
- 10 Cook Till the Wateriness is gone. Add Spring Onion and mix.
- 11 Ready to serve hot.
