Preparation Method
- 01 Add the Tamarind Water to the Pumpkin and mix well.
- 02 Heat the Oil add Mustard and fry Till thay start sizzling, then add Chilies and Bay Leaf. Stir for a minute, add the raisin and stir for another minute.
- 03 Add the Pumpkin-Tamarind mixture and stir-fry for a couple of
- 04 minutes.
- 05 Stir in the Jaggery mixture and bring to the bOil. Allow to simmer
- 06 for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Add the Lemon Juice and stir well.
- 07 Remove the Bay Leaf before serving.
