Fried Grilled Fish is also great for dinner parties when you have a steady stream of guest trickling in. Before dinner you can get the fish soaking in a marinade (or otherwise seasoned up) and light up the grill a few minutes before everyone wants to eat.

Preparation Method

  1. 01 Mix the Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Ginger and Salt and rub into the Fish pieces and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
  2. 02 Drain the pieces of Fish and rub all all purpose flour over the pieces and deep fry the Fish in Oil.
  3. 03 Drain the Fish pieces well and place on a grill for 3-4 mins or in the oven for 10 mins to make the Fish crisp.
  4. 04 Serve with Lemon wedges.
