Fried Grilled Fish is also great for dinner parties when you have a steady stream of guest trickling in. Before dinner you can get the fish soaking in a marinade (or otherwise seasoned up) and light up the grill a few minutes before everyone wants to eat.

Preparation Method
- 01 Mix the Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Ginger and Salt and rub into the Fish pieces and keep aside for 2-3 hours.
- 02 Drain the pieces of Fish and rub all all purpose flour over the pieces and deep fry the Fish in Oil.
- 03 Drain the Fish pieces well and place on a grill for 3-4 mins or in the oven for 10 mins to make the Fish crisp.
- 04 Serve with Lemon wedges.
