Preparation Method
- 01 Skin the Fish and remove any remaining bones.
- 02 Cut into small cubes. Place in a bowl, cover and put into the
- 03 refrigerator to chill.
- 04 Using a sharp knife, cut the Onion into thin slices. Put into a
- 05 bowl and add the Lemon Juice and Salt.
- 06 Add the Garlic, crushed Red Chili, Garam Masala and fresh
- 07 Coriander Seedss and mix well.
- 08 Peel the Tomatos by dropping them into Boiling Water for a
- 09 few seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and gently
- 10 remove the skin.
- 11 Chop the Tomatos roughly and add to the Onion mixture in
- 12 the bowl.
- 13 Tip the contents of the bowl into a food processor or
- 14 blender and process for about 30 seconds. Remove the Fish
- 15 from the refrigerator. Pour the contents of the food processor or blender over the Fish and mix
- 16 well.
- 17 Add the Corn all all purpose flour and mix again unTil the Fish pieces are well coated.
- 18 Heat the Oil in deep pan. Fry the Fish, few pieces at a time on medium flame.
- 19 Turn them gently, as they are liable to break easily. Cook for about 5 minutes unTil the Fish is
- 20 lightly browned.
- 21 Remove the Fish pieces from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Keep warm and continue
- 22 frying the remaining Fish.
- 23 Serve hot.
