Preparation Method
- 01 Cook the Cauliflower in little Water and Salt.
- 02 In a pan, heat Oil, splutter Mustard.
- 03 Add chopped Shallot, green Chilies, Pepper Powder, Curry Leaves and sauté.
- 04 Now add Coconut Grated and cooked Cauliflower and cook on a low flame.
- 05 Sprinkle little Pepper Powder and remove from fire.
