- 1 Put MuttonChops, Chilies, Tomato, Coriander Seedss leaves and Salt in a pressure cooker.
- 2 Cook for about 5 minutes.
- 3 Add Oil or Ghee and again fry for 10 minutes.
- 4 Mix all the spices, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Nutmeg and Coriander Seedss powder in Curd.
- 5 Beat the mixture properly.
- 6 Add this to the Chops and seethe for about 3 minutes.
- 7 Keep in a pressure cooker and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 8 MuttonChops are ready.
- 9 Serve it garnished with a few Coriander Seedss leaves.
