Preparation Method

  1. 01 Put MuttonChops, Chilies, Tomato, Coriander Seedss leaves and Salt in a pressure cooker.
  2. 02 Cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. 03 Add Oil or Ghee and again fry for 10 minutes.
  4. 04 Mix all the spices, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Nutmeg and Coriander Seedss powder in Curd.
  5. 05 Beat the mixture properly.
  6. 06 Add this to the Chops and seethe for about 3 minutes.
  7. 07 Keep in a pressure cooker and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. 08 MuttonChops are ready.
  9. 09 Serve it garnished with a few Coriander Seedss leaves.
